Counselling for Crime Victims

Being a victim or witness of crime, abuse or any form of violence can leave lingering traumatic effects. Family members of crime victims may also experience symptoms grief, loss, trauma and psychological harm.

Counselling can help you develop coping strategies and ways of managing, reducing or resolving traumatic symptoms.

Please visit my Trauma page for more information on trauma, symptoms and treatment.

I have advanced training and experience using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing or EMDR in treating trauma and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). EMDR is a quick and highly effective treatment for Trauma that has been recommended by the World Health Organization.
